Read this License Agreement carefully before using this Software. BY USING THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE IN ANY WAY, AND PROMPTLY RETURN IT OR DELETE ANY COPIES OF THIS SOFTWARE IN YOUR POSSESSION.

License for use and distribution.

The True BoxShot for Photoshop is a try-before-you-buy software. This means:

TrueBoxShot.com exclusively owns all copyrights to True BoxShot for Photoshop.

You may use this software for evaluation purposes without charge for as long as you wish. However, the evaluation version displays a 'Trial Version' text on the cover image. To remove the text, you need to buy a registration key and register it with the software. You can purchase the key from our website at http://www.trueboxshot.com

Once purchased, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use True BoxShot for Photoshop on one computer (i.e. a single CPU), for any legal purpose, at a time. The licensed True BoxShot for Photoshop software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently transferred, if the person receiving it agrees to terms of this license. If the software is an update, the transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

You may not redistribute True BoxShot for Photoshop in any manner other than by linking to the Web page listed below without prior written permission.

You may not redistribute your registration key in any manner.

TRUE BOXSHOT FOR PHOTOSHOP IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.
